The mark consists of the stylized word "ANCLA" in white outlined on the bottom in medium blue on a dark blue curved banner ending in on either side in numerous medium blue lines fading to light blue as they extend out past the end of the banner. On either side of wording, superimposed over the banner, are two mirroring seated half naked mermaid figures with their faces turned to the inside of the banner.
