Description of Design Search

The mark consists of the design background is a black with a golden circular shadow on the outside. The word "Amber" is on the very top center and the word "Gold" is on the very bottom center of the circular logo on the bottom of the golden circular shadow ring are the words "www.ambergoldhair.com" with the TM and C symbols. on top of the black background is a golden orange chariot with art decor designs & with black golden outlined wings.on top of the chariot is a golden globe like crown and two golden spear axes. inside each spear axe are the letters "A" in the left axe and "G"on the right axe. inside the middle of the chariot is a dark chocolate brown african-american woman with 3 golden round jewels in the temple of her long braided hair. the woman is wearing a red top with one shoulder out. She is wearing two golden hoop earrings and a golden choker necklace with many layers. the bottom of the chariot contains three golden ribbon like banners that contain the grey colored three words, "Royalty"(left) "Hair Products" (middle), "Loyalty" (right).
