The mark consists of a configuration of a blood glucose meter with a screen at the center. The overall shape of the meter is oval, and the overall shape of the screen is square. Neither the overall shape of the goods nor the shape of the screen are claimed as a feature of the mark, and these areas are depicted in dotted lines in the drawing.
