The mark consists of an image containing a red hexagon-shaped barrel containing triangles in various shades of red that meet in the center of the barrel. A fleur-de-lis in the center of the barrel is primarily white, with shades of gray toward the edges. There is a red rectangular-shaped handle on the left side of the barrel, and a red and white spool on top of the barrel. The barrel sits on a dark red platform. A red flagpole is on the right edge of the barrel, and a flag at the top of the pole appears to be waving in the wind. The flag contains a white triangle on the left edge, with a gold star in the center of the triangle. The rest of the flag contains a blue stripe on the top portion, and a red stripe on the bottom portion. The blue stripe contains three white fleur-de-lis, and the red stripe contains a gold castle with three towers and an oval-shaped opening.
