The mark consists of two concentric circles outlined in tan containing the words "THE FOSTER CARE" at the top and "COMMUNITY", both in black, at the bottom of the outer circle. There are seven small tan circles on both sides of the word "COMMUNITY". The inner circle contains the letter "A" with wings attached and seven tan lines at the top.
