The mark consists of a stylized simulation of the face of a human wearing a pair of eyeglasses and uttering the word "ENGLISH". The face comprises the irises of a pair of eyes, the pupil of each iris being represented by a single Chinese character superimposed thereon. The simulated spoken word "ENGLISH" in stylized script is positioned below the eyes, the letter "E" simulating a nose and the letters "NGLISH" representing a mouth. The eyeglass frames and lenses are depicted by a pair of laterally spaced substantially identical stylized numeral "6"s the white ovoidal portions of which surrounding the irises represent the whites or sclera of the eyes. The white areas of the drawing outside the design and literal features of the mark and within the letter "G", are background only and form no part of the mark.
