The mark consists of the trade dress of the front and back panels of the product packaging. The wording "36'' INCHES OF PARTY CIGAR WRAP" in white, stylized characters appears at the top of the front of the packaging. Below it, is the wording "¿FUMA? NEGRA!" in black, stylized characters outlined in white. Below it, is the phrase "FROST MINT" in light blue, stylized characters.
