Description of Design Search

The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of a clear trapezoidal shaped bottle and brown bottle cap and black cap base. A black label wraps around the neck of the bottle that features repeating gold sabers across the top and bottom of the label, with a design of a gold stone oven with bricks, fire and agave plants, and the words "STEAMED IN HAND-BUILT STONE OVENS" in gold stylized font wrapped around the oven design positioned in the center of the black label. To the left and right of the oven design is a design of a gold agave plant. On the upper center portion of the front of the bottle is a black bottle label in the form of a parallelogram which includes a semicircle at the top of the label. The black label features the number "1800" in gold stylized font in the center of the label and a design of a gold crest and temple within the semicircle. The temple and crest design features an outline of a gold Mayan temple with stairs on both sides and appears positioned above a gold crest design, which is divided into three sections consisting of the wording "1800" in the upper section of the crest, a design of a cross on the left bottom section of the crest and the stylized letters "JB" on the right lower section of the crest. The crest is flanked by designs of gold leaves on either side and is positioned above a gold banner. Two gold horizontal lines emanate outwards from the bottoms of the leaves to the ends of the label on either side of the crest. Below the wording "1800" appears two gold sabers facing in opposite directions with two horizontal lines tapering outward below the sabers with three shaded gold circles appearing between the tapered lines. On the lower center portion of the front of the bottle is a cream rectangular label with black horizontal zigzag lines appearing across the top and bottom of the white label. The cream label features the word "ANEJO" appearing in black stylized font, with the term underlined in black. Seven black horizontal lines make a dotted line appear to the right of the term "ANEJO". A black saber is positioned below the term "ANEJO". Below the saber is a rectangular banner in gold with a black vertical line positioned below the gold banner. To the left of the term "ANEJO" is a drawing of two concentric gold circles featuring a gold bust of a man wearing a gold hat, and with gold rays emanating from and surrounding the man. In between the two concentric circles are the words "JUAN BECKMANN V 10+ GENERACION" appearing in gold stylized font with two gold shaded circles appearing before the "J" in "JUAN" and after the "V". The broken lines depicting bottle shape indicate placement of the mark on the goods and are not claimed as part of the mark. The amber-colored liquid shown inside the bottle is not claimed as a feature of the mark and serves only to show the placement of the mark on the goods.
