The mark consists of the numeric "12" in a relatively large pronounced fashion, with "1" and "2" being of equal height and in the same bold font; to the right of the number "12" are the following three words: "NIGHTS", "OF", "CHRISTMAS" in all capital letters; all of the letters in all three of these words are in the same font and of equal size and shape; the uniform height of each letter is precisely half the height of the numbers "1" and "2" situated to the left of the words; the two words "NIGHTS" and "OF" are on a horizontal plane directly above, but not touching, the word "CHRISTMAS"; the "N" in the word "NIGHTS" is directly above the "C" in the word "CHRISTMAS", and the vertical line in the "F" in the word "OF" is directly above the space between the "A" and "S" in the word "CHRISTMAS"; the two vertical planes of words, when combined, are equal in height to the number "12"; the number "12" is in a bolder font that the words.
