Description of Design Search

The mark consists of a large outlined five-pointed star design with the inside of the star containing a circle as carrier for a partially shaded circle with a horizontal shaded band overlaid across the shaded circle. Above the circle as a carrier is a banner design with a bend effect following the circle with the wording "10-40 APPAREL" in standard bold uppercase lettering with a bend effect following the banner. Each of the star's five points end in a circle with a crescent design inside of each circle. In the five-pointed star, in-between each end circle and the circle as a carrier are six straight lines which almost connect at one point near each end circle on each point of the star. Inside of the circle as a carrier and outside of the partially shaded circle are six shaded five-pointed stars wrapping around the left, top, and right sides of the partially shaded circle. Beneath the stars and partially shaded circle is the wording "CALLED TO FIGHT" in smaller standard uppercase lettering with a bend effect following the shaded circle. All aforementioned design elements with the exception of the band on the partially shaded circle are in metallic, partially shaded effect.
