The mark consists of circular seal having an outer and inner border within which the wording "CENTURY OF SUCCESS" appears. Within the inner border appears the images of two buildings and a statue surrounded by a border of stars. Outside of the outer border is a scalloped border. Outside of the scalloped border the number "100" appears at the top of the seal, a sylized "M" appears at the bottom of the seal and stylized brances extend from each side of the stylized "M" along the outer border to the number "100". On the lower third of the seal and apparently in front of the seal is a banner that extends past the seal on both the left and right sides of the seal. The number "1912" appears on the left extension of the banner, the words "MONTGOMERY" and "McCRACKEN" appear on the section of the banner directly over the seal, and the number "2012" appears on the right extension of the banner.
