The mark consists of the number "1" that is copper inside and outlined in white. The number "1" is connected to complete the letters "n" and "h" within the words "one chance". The other part of the "n" is light blue inside and outlined in white. The other part of the "h" is dark blue and outlined in white. The letters "o" and "e" are light blue and outlined in white. The letters "c","a","n","c","e" are dark blue and outlined in white. The word "bookkeeping" is all capitalized in white and outlined in black at the bottom of "one chance". The word "bookkeeping" starts underneath the letter "c" of chance and it ends with the letter "g" next to where the folders start. The folders are copper on the outside, with 4 pages that consist of 2 dark blue pages and 2 light blue pages. The pages are as follows, dark blue, then light blue, dark blue then light blue. There are 2 folders and both folders are outlined in white as well as the pages. The folders are not connected but appear to resemble a butterfly by having the folders back to back and appear to be open. One folder is directly behind the letter "n" in the word "chance". The other folder is directly behind the letter "c" in "chance" and the pages in this folder are directly behind the letter "e" in the word "chance".
