Description of Design Search

The mark consists of of a motion mark incorporating sound. The mark begins with the first image of a female character with purple and white hair and beige skin wearing a black, white, and gold outfit standing in a fighting position placed inside a design of number "1" with a suspended light blue and fuschia castle in the light blue background. The second image is the number "1" design begins to shrink towards the center of the mark covering parts of the female character and then white, yellow, and fuchsia borders begin to converge towards the center of the mark slowly forming a smaller number "1" that slowly expands into a yellow rectangle design inside of a fuchsia rectangle design and to the left of it a fuchsia, yellow, and blue rectangle designs form ultimately forming to create a stylized light blue letter "M" followed by a transitional design in fuchsia, yellow, and blue creating a light blue, and yellow stylized letter "Z" with two fuchsia triangles. The stylized "MZ" letters are in blue on a white background. The fourth image is a yellow background with a fuchsia triangle in the lower left and the words "MACHINE ZONE" in fuchsia and blue slowly form in the center of the mark. The fifth image is a navy blue triangle expanding from the bottom right of the mark and moving over the entire mark. At the same time, the words "MACHINE ZONE" in white over a navy blue background. During the motion, a sound is being played that consists of the following musical notes which are being played as a rumbling, rushing noise sound followed by two orchestral chords: a chord evolving from highly decorated D-Major to a simple, mostly open D-Major. The first chord contains some 6ths and 9ths, and then resolves to a more simple D-F#-A cluster of notes.
