Description of Design Search

The mark consists of the literal elements "TOFFEE TO DIE FOR HAND MADE TOFFEE MAFIA ESTABLISHED 2015" written in stylized form inside the two circles wherein outer circle is brown and inner circle is tan color and formed with multiple small dots. The wording "TOFFEE" in brown color with a tan shadow and the wording "MAFIA" in tan appears in the center of the circles; above the wording appears an image of a brown and tan fedora where the black word "HAND" appears to the left of the fedora and the black word "MADE" appears to the right of the fedora. Under the word "HAND" appears a line where the left side is curved up in a tan color, under the "MADE" wording appears a line where the right side of the line is curved up in a tan color. Above the fedora appears the wording "TOFFEE TO DIE FOR" in tan with small tan dots on either side and the wording is curved downward following the curve of the inner circle. Under the "TOFFEE" wording in the center of the design and to the left and right of the "MAFIA" wording appears two lines with curves downward. Below the "MAFIA" wording appears the wording "ESTABLISHED 2015" in tan with small tan dots on either side and the wording is curved upward following the curve of the inner circle. The color white in the drawing represents transparent background and is not a part of the mark.
