Description of Design Search

The mark consists of a rectangle carrier that depicts the side of an industrial shipping container. The rectangle is green, with vertical beveled lines across the background similar to that of a shipping container. At the top right of the mark, a yellow traffic sign in the shape of a diamond is displayed. Inside of the diamond, is a thin black outline of the diamond that is split in half horizontally. The top half extends outside of the rectangular carrier, and the bottom of the diamond overlaps the top of the carrier. At the top of the sign, there is a depiction of a partially full wine glass outlined in black with the wine matching the color of the traffic sign. Directly below the wine glass and dividing line are the words WINE OF ARMENIA capitalized in small, standard typeset font. WINE OF is situation directly on top of ARMENIA. Centered at the top of the mark are the words OPEN CONTAINER in large black proprietary stencil font. OPEN is directly on top of CONTAINER. Below CONTAINER, in small gold capitalized standard font reads VOSKEHAT. Below VOSKEHAT, on the bottom left of the mark are the words WHITE WINE, in gold gradient coloring, capitalized in standard style font. WHITE is on top of WINE. To the right of WHITE WINE in larger letters the word RESERVE is displayed in a gold rectangle. RESERVE is capitalized, and cut out of the gold rectangle, exposing the green shipping container as the fill for the letters.
