Description of Design Search

The mark consists of a drawn image of a sand dollar, which is comprised of a circle, five shading marks located at the outer edge of the sand dollar, and five thick dashes that represent holes in the sand dollar. The five dashes are located at approximately the 2:00, 5:00, 6:00, 7:00, and 10:00 positions, if the sand dollar were overlayed on an image of a clock face, and extend from points approximately 3/4 of the way to the edge of the circle when measured from the center and outward to just short of the edge of the circle. Located in the center of the sand dollar is a single marijuana leaf, which is concentric across a vertical center line of the design. The marijuana leaf has seven smaller fan leaves, each which have toothed, jagged, edges. The fan leaves become consecutively smaller from the top middle, around the sides, to the bottom of the drawing. An image of a stylized, seated human figure is located in the center of the marijuana leaf. The human figure is seated in a yoga position, with its legs in lotus position, and its arms raised above its head, with the hands touching. Below the sand dollar, the word "Utopia" is horizontally centered across the mark in a cursive font. Below the word, "Utopia", the words "All Natural Wellness Spa & Lounge" appear, justified to the right side of the image" in all capitals. The tail of the "p" contained in "Utopia" extends down between the words "Natural" and "Wellness".
