Description of Design Search

The mark consists of a red and green ribbon with black detailing, and the term "TWO BROTHERS FROM ITALY" in white with black outlining on it. Below the ribbon is a black outlined shield with a green stripe, a white stripe and a red stripe going from left to right and a white space above all three of the stripes but below the ribbon. On the white area is the term "PIZZA" in red followed by a black dot, the term "PASTA" in black and then another black dot followed by the term "SUBS" in green. Atop the stripes is a brown sub sandwich with green and red fillings all with black detailing a tan plate of tan pasta with red sauce with black detailing and a slice of pizza with tan cheese, red toppings a brown crust and all detailed in black. All other white in the mark is merely background and not claimed as part of the mark
