The mark consists of the product packaging trade dress for the presentation of individual ready-to-eat snack bars and the terms "TRUEBAR" and "BAKERY ON MAIN GOURMET NATURALS" on the product packaging. The packaging consists of a transparent panel or window across the front, top and bottom of the packaging between solid rectangular panels on the left and right ends of the packaging, which extend on the front, back, top and bottom of the packaging, coming to a terminal left and right edge. The transparent panel is divided in the front by two stacked horizontal bands extending from the left end panel to the right end panel. The term TRUEBAR appears on the left-side of the transparent panel above the stacked horizontal bars, and consists of the wording TRUEBAR in lower case font with three dots being positioned above the letter "U". The terms "BAKERY ON MAIN GOURMET NATURALS" appears in the center of the transparent panel above the stacked horizontal bars within a banner, and consists of the terms "BAKERY ON MAIN" in upper case font with the letters "B" and "M" being larger than the remaining letters over the terms "GOURMET NATURALS" in upper case font of a smaller size than the terms "BAKERY ON MAIN."
