Description of Design Search

The mark consists of a brown skinned boy sitting in a dark green chair. On the boy's head, there is a red, white and blue snapback hat worn backwards with the snapback in front of his head. The snap part of the hat is white with three blue dots. The boy is also wearing a black headset. The microphone part of the headset curves around the left side of his jaw and in front of his mouth. The boy has dark brown eyebrows and the right eyebrow is raised slightly higher than the right eyebrow. The boy is wearing a game controller as glasses. These glasses are black with white circular shapes over each eye. The color white fills the inside of each circle. Inside of the left circle, there is a black cross. Inside of the right circle, there are four colored smaller circles. The top smaller circle is yellow. The bottom smaller circle is green. The right smaller circle is red and the left smaller circle is blue. There is a thick black piece above the boy's nose that connects both circles. Underneath the glasses is a darker brown triangular shaped nose. The boy is wearing a red t-shirt with his brown arms facing downward. The boy is holding a blue and black game controller. In front of the boy at the bottom of the mark are the words THE INTELLECTUAL GAMERS written in a stylized font. The words THE INTELLECTUAL are depicted above the word GAMERS and all the letters are written in yellow and outlined in purple with white dots.
