The mark consists of circular design with a dog collar with buckle making up the border of the circular design. On the collar border is the text "HOW UNHAPPY COULD I BE WITH EITHER". Within the circular design are two flag designs with stars and stripes and two eagle designs. On top of the circular design is a doghouse and on top of the doghouse is a cat with arched back. On the sides of the circular design are a wire fox terrier dog and a smooth fox terrier dog both looking toward the cat. Under the circular design is a curved banner.
