The mark consists of a red concentric circle ring set outlined in black on a turquoise square field with the words ""...THAT THOU MAYEST PROSPER AND BE IN HEALTH..." III JOHN 1:2" in white appearing in the circle ring. Within the center of the circle ring appears a flowing blue and white river with a fish in green and yellow swimming under the river water and above yellow and tan sand and yellow and tan rocks and green rocks and green plants behind the fish in the river. Above the river appears a forest of green and dark green trees, green, yellow and brown grass, red and yellow flowers in the green grass, gray rocks, brown and yellow ground, green, dark green, yellow and brown hills, white, gray, yellow and brown mountains, white and blue clouds, and a blue and white sky.
