Description of Design Search

The mark consists of a stylized anthropomorphic, muscular turtle, standing upright on two legs, shaded in green and outlined in black. The turtle is wearing a blue t-shirt, outlined in black, with double outlining at the neckline and the sleeve edges to resemble stitching. He is wearing blue shorts, outlined in black, and a narrow yellow belt, outlined in black, with a circular medallion, in yellow and outlined in black, in the center. On the turtle's t-shirt are the literal elements "TANK", in white stylized form, outlined in black. The turtle has blue eyes, with black pupils, all of the foregoing surrounded by white and outlined in black. He has black eyebrows, and two curved black lines hovering above the top of his head. The turtle's light brown shell is barely visible on his back rising above his shoulders. The shell is also outlined in black. The turtle's muzzle area is indicated with black curved line and grey shading; he has two small black marks for nostrils, and a wide open smiling red mouth within which his red tongue is visible, all of the foregoing body parts outlined in black.
