Description of Design Search

The mark consists of a circular symbol representing the lid of a traditional Chinese bamboo steamer basket made up of a lattice of woven bamboo strips. The outer most circle is formed by a thick light brown line with a thinner light brown line circling the inside of the thick line forming two concentric circles which shape the outer rim of the steamer basket. The inner circle is filled with a geometric design that looks like woven bamboo strips that are represented by rectangles in alternating directions of diagonal left and diagonal right on a white background which is claimed as a feature of the mark. The rectangles' borders are the same light brown color and thickness as the circles' inner circle and the interior of the rectangles are white. In the center, three of the rectangles are filled in to form the shape of an "S". The top rectangle is yellow, the middle rectangle is green, and the bottom rectangle is blue. The circular symbol has the word "stiim" in all lower case proprietary black font to the right of the symbol. The symbol and word appear on a white background which is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
