Description of Design Search

The mark consists of labeling with a black background; on the right side of the labeling, in horizontal format, the name "SPY VALLEY" appears in a stacked formation in large high-contrast white stylized sans-serif letters at the top, a line of green morse code divides the top from the bottom under which the words "SAUVIGNON BLANC" appears in bold white sans serif font, on the next line the words and symbols "MARLBOROUGH // NEW ZEALAND" appear in smaller all-caps white sans-serif font followed by a spacing interval, and the words "SUSTAINABLY CRAFTED" appear in the same smaller all-caps white sans-serif font at the bottom of the right side of the label; the left side of the label is presented in perpendicular format and is stylized to resemble a casefile by using long vertical and shorter horizontal white lines to create three perpendicular rows of informational blocks in a staggered formation with each block headed with a subject matter word in white sans-serif font followed by a colon and followed by additional informational verbiage; the first row of informational blocks appears closest to the midpoint of the label and contains three blocks of unequal size, the top headed with the word and symbol "REGION:" the middle with the word and symbol "SUB REGIONS:" and the bottom with the word and symbol "VINEYARDS:"; to the left, the next row contains two blocks of equal size, the top headed with the word and symbol "GEOLOGY:" and the bottom headed with the words and symbol "WINEMAKING NOTES:"; to the left, the next row contains two blocks of unequal size, the top smaller block headed with the words and symbols "WINEMAKER:" and below that "VITICULTURIST:", the bottom headed with the words and symbol "VINTAGE NOTES:"; to the left of the last long perpendicular white line appears, in perpendicular format, the words "NEW ZEALAND WINE" in bold white all-caps sans-serif font, on the next line to the left, in perpendicular format, appears the words "ALC". and "VOL. 750ml", on the last line to the left, in perpendicular format, appears a grey circle overlaid with the name "SPY VALLEY WINES" in a stacked formation in white stylized sans-serif letters.
