Description of Design Search

The mark consists of a detectable diamond shape contours the Mark, with the width being longer than the height. The Mark consists of a gold gradient shape that comes to a point at the top of the diamond shape, with lines descending both to the right and left. The line on the left is more than two times longer than the line on the right. A white curving line connects these two lines. The light gold gradient is just to the right of the peak. It is darker on the right point and the left point of the shape. Underneath this lopsided diamond tip shape, there is a white space, bigger under the right side of the first shape, and then a gold curve shape, echoing the curve made by the first shape, that spreads out into seventeen (17) individual gradient gold lines. Together, these two shapes resemble a sun. The gradient for this second shape is under the right point of the first shape, which is above the 10th and 11th gradient gold lines when counting from the left, with the darker gold coloring on the extreme right and extreme left of the image. The lighter gold appears on the 10th - 14th gold lines when counting from the left. Below the sun image are the letters "SOLVIDA" in gold gradient non-serif lettering. The "S", "O", "L", 'I", "D", and "A" are all the same size. The "V", which appears in the middle of the word, is slightly bigger for emphasis. Every letter is capitalized and in the same font. The gradient on all of these letters is from the left top to the right middle of each individual letter. Each letter is dark on the top right and left bottom, getting to a brown color. The bottom portion of the Mark is characterized by a shape that serves as the detectable border for the bottom left of the diamond shape, which continue onto the bottom right of the diamond shape. On the left, there are seven (7) green lines close to each other, which extend from the left to the right side, while thinning out and thus getting further apart. These lines follow the detectable diamond border. These lines slope downward gradually and smoothly. The top green line starts 3/4s of the way up on the right side and ends a little lower than halfway down on the right side. On the upper middle of the bottom right side of the diamond shape, there are four (4) brown lines that are very close to each other and spread up to halfway across the Mark until meeting a small white space before the green lines. These lines thin as they move from right to left. The top brown line starts slightly higher than the green line on the opposite side and ends in the middle of the diamond shape.
