I'm getting an add ready for a small business in a local paper.

Wanted to end it with a phrase describing how we're different from our comp. Almost any phrase I can think of is trademarked.

If it's trademarked by a company with unrealated services is there a problem?

Hi,

I'm developing a game where one part uses trivia cards with a company's slogan and the other side has the company's name.  

Here's an example:
Side 1 -- "Just for the taste of it"
Side 2: "Diet Coke"

Here are my questions:
1. Can I do this or will I get sued?
2. What type of disclaimers should I put?  e.g. " 'Diet Coke' is a registered trademark of The Coca-Cola Company."
3. Do I need one for the company name, pr...

First thanks for any help. I have this American Brands's slogan that I like:

"Tobacco is our middle name"

am I allow to use a slogan of the form:

"Fish is our middle name"?
