The mark consists of a circular design bordered in a braided design of gold and black. Within this border is a field of blue, as well as 12 stars in gold. Also within the field of blue is a design consisting of an eagle, in white, black and gold, with a red and white streamer in its mouth with the words "SEMPER FIDELIS" in white.
