Objecting to a trademark request
In Trademark Ownership - updated on 1/12/2013
Someone is applying for a trademark of a phrase that is already in use by my clients. The name is not trademarked, as it is in use with logos owned by different companies. Am I able to contest the trademark being granted?
If yes, how would I do that?
If no, can the owner of the trademark prevent my clients from using the name, which has been in use for more than 10 years and is well established?
