Description of Design Search

The mark consists of a black circle filled with a white dog outlined in black with black eyes, a aqua green circle surrounding its left eye, a black and white nose, and red tongue sticking out and green in a portion of the dog's upper body, a light blue cat outlined in black with black features and black and white eyes. The cat and dog are in front of a Capitol building that is white, black, and aqua green with a black flag pole with a red, white and blue flag that reaches outside of the black circle. The left inside of the circle is colored in light blue with white stars. The right inside of the circle is filled in with red and white stripes. To the right of the circle are the letters "SCIL" in black and the wording "Social Compassion in Legislation" in black.
