The mark consists of the wording "SAND" in large stylized lettering in the color yellow with darker shading giving it a three dimensional effect and blue lines partially outlining some of the letters; below the wording "SAND" is the wording "WARS" in the same style and size lettering but in the color red with darker shading giving it a three dimensional effect and blue line partially outlining come of the letters. To the left of the wording "WARS" is a small mound of sand in the color tan and projecting from it is a stylized missile that extends upwards to rise behind and above the letter "S" at the beginning of the wording "SAND". The body of the missile is white with a vertical blue band ending in a round disc-like part in the color black with a blue dot on each side, all outlined in black.
