The mark consists of a design comprising a red horizontal single-line rectangle, upon which are superimposed three successively higher red bars in the shape of solid parallelograms extending upward diagonally from lower left to upper right; the bottoms of the bars touch the bottom line of the rectangle, and the tops of the bars are parallel to the bottoms of the bars; the left bar runs diagonally from the bottom line of the rectangle to the top line of the rectangle; the middle bar runs diagonally from the bottom line of the rectangle and extends across the top line of the rectangle; and the right bar runs diagonally from the bottom line of the rectangle and extends across the top line of the rectangle and beyond the top of the middle bar; and to the right of the design are the words RUSSELL in boldface black capital and lower case letters and CELLULAR in regular black capital and lower case letters. The color white represents background and is not claimed as feature of the mark.
