The mark consists of a phoenix and a balancing scale, the phoenix having a body with wings extending outward and upward from the body, a head extending upward from the body and turned to a side, and a tail extending below the body, the balancing scale including a base, a pillar extending up from the base, a beam extending outward from the pillar to a first side and a second side proximal a top end of the pillar, a first pan hanging from the first side of the beam, and a second pan hanging from the second side of the pillar, the base of the balancing scale being held by the wings of the phoenix above the head of the phoenix, wherein "Rising Phoenix Law Group" is written below the tail of the phoenix. Color is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
