Description of Design Search

The mark consists of the top view design of a pulse oximeter device. The design consists of a raised top layer, the upper section of which is curved (in the shape of a semi-circle), with straight sides and a squared-off lower section with slightly rounded corners. The raised top layer has a stepped-down edge surrounding it that sits on a lower plane, directly beneath the top layer. The stepped-down edge appears along the sides and curved upper section, around the top layer, and stops just before reaching the bottom end of the squared-off lower section. The top layer of the device includes the following elements: 1) a rectangular area with rounded corners that incorporates a digital display and the words "PULSE OXIMETER" written above the rectangular area's lower edge; 2) the digital display that is a smaller rectangle with rounded corners, located inside the rectangular area and positioned in the center; 3) the digital display contains graphics that appear permanently, including a battery meter in the lower left corner, a blood oxygen saturation level meter labeled "%SpO2" in the lower right corner, and a pulse rate meter labeled "PRbpm" in the middle right of the digital display; 4) a circular button that is located directly above the rectangular area with rounded corners and beneath the curved upper section of the top layer; 5) an concave area in the lower section of the top layer, below the rectangular area with rounded corners, with the word "PUSH" appearing within the concave area.
