The mark consists of the central wording "PORTSIDE GOURMET GRILLING SAUCE & MARINADE" in stylized font combined with additional elements. The wording "PORTSIDE" and "GRILLING SAUCE & MARINADE" is dark blue and the term "GOURMET" in gray with blue floral designs on either side. Beneath the central wording is a design of apricots in shades of orange with dark green leaves atop a very light background image of wooden buildings in shades of blue, gray, reddish brown and white.
