The mark consists of a circle outlined in black and white with alternating red and grey vertical stripes inside the circle, with a black and red kettle filled with popped yellow popcorn inside the circle, and a ribbon outlined in black and white with alternating red and grey vertical stripes inside the ribbon across the front of the kettle and the bottom of the circle, with the words "POP DADDY POPCORN", all in capital letters. The words "POP DADDY" are presented in stylized white letters with black outlining across the top of the circle, with the letter "D" in a stylized old English script. The word "POPCORN" is presented in stylized white letters with black outlining inside the ribbon, with a white circle outlined in black to the left of the "P" and the right of the "N".
