Description of Design Search

The mark consists of the word "OTAKU" in black on top of the word "SHOP" in black. Inside of the capital letter "O" of "OTAKU" is a face outlined in red with pointed horns outlined in red, large, oval, black eyes consisting of white circles inside a large black oval inside a white oval outlined in black; two small parallel, black lines drawn at about a 45 degree angle to the left underneath the left eye and two small, parallel, black lines drawn at about a 45 degree angle to the right underneath the right eye; and a black, elongated and curved "W" as a mouth. Attached to the the lower right quadrant of the face inside the "O" is a long, red line angled down and then up behind the "H" of "SHOP", creating a convex curve that changes angles downward to create a concave curve, ending in a red, triangle above and pointed down toward the "O" in "SHOP". A curved, rectangular speech bubble outlined in red, with its tail pointed toward the "P" of "SHOP" shows the red, capital letters "NJ".
