Description of Design Search

The mark consists of product packaging being a rectangular can label containing a main section with the following elements, from top to bottom: seven red, white, and yellow apple slices with white and black droplets, two brown and dark brown cinnamon sticks with light brown and brown droplets, and a plurality of pieces of ice in various shades of white, yellow, and tan floating in a liquid with a yellow to tan gradient. A series of white, yellow, and tan circles representing bubbles extend throughout the liquid. The above elements are contained in a transparent glass jar having jar threads along the top of the jar in the colors white, brown, black, red, yellow, and tan, reflecting the contents. On the left side of the label representing the front of the can is a circular logo with a black background and dashed red border with three white stars along the bottom of the circle. Inside the circle is the phrase "OLE SMOKY TENNESSEE MOONSHINE" in white stylized lettering in a stacked configuration.
