Description of Design Search

The mark consists of an overall yellow background, with stripes of red, white and green in descending order from the top to the center of which is a stylized "NF National Food" logo in slanted white upper case letters with the "N" and the "F" sharing the right most leg of the "N". The term "Mariquitas" appears in stylized green cursive below at an angle rising to the right, with the word "BRAND" printed in green uppercase letters at the lower right and the term "CLASSIC" displayed in uppercase letters in green beneath. Below, a curved band of red outlined in white provides the background for the words "PLANTAIN CHIPS" in white upper case letters. Below that, a parallelogram outlined in green is filled with an image of plantain chips, which obscures the lower border thereof. To the left of the parallelogram, and blocking the upper left hand corner of it, is the image of a green plantain tree with a brown, yellow and green trunk, with a bunch of plantains displayed in front of the lowermost right. In the upper right hand corner within the parallelogram and superimposed on the image of plantain chips appears the term "ZEROg TRANS FAT" in white mixed uppercase and lowercase letters appearing in an orange circle with yellow outline, beneath which are the words "ALL NATURAL" in green uppercase letters with yellow outline that curve around the bottom of the circle.
