Description of Design Search

The mark consists of a gray-colored stylized mine in the back of the mark, in the middle of which is an entryway comprised of 2 vertical and 1 horizontal brown logs; inside the entryway there are a pile of red gambling chips and 4 playing cards in which, all of which shown the letter "A" in black, one of which shows a black spade shape in its middle, and another of which shows a red diamond shape in its middle; a square outlined in yellow with orange dots hangs just above the entryway, inside of which is a square in silver that has the word "NEON SILVER MINE" superimposed on it in black, and the yellow square has orange triangle shapes on outside of its upper left and lower right corners, with orange quarter-moon shapes on the outside of those triangles; silver colored train tracks with tan ties come out of the mine; a green and light green mining cart with gray, white, and black wheels, and with the words "NEON SILVER MINE" superimposed on the side of the cart in black, sits on the tracks; inside the cart are a pair of black and white dice, two black and white and two red, black and white playing cards and another red, black and white playing card is falling out of the cart, and several blue gambling chips, two of which appear to be falling out of the cart; leaning against the right side of the mine are a green and brown shovel with a brown handle and a silver pick with an orange handle; in front of the shovel and pick are a pair of black and white dice, with black lines coming off the right side; the ground to the side and in front of the mine is yellow, with an orange grass-like spot on the ground to the left of the mining cart.
