The mark consists of the trade dress comprising the stylized wording and designs featured on a three-dimensional configuration of a fuel pump dispenser for vehicle refueling. The rectangular structure is composed of two posts on the sides and the top of the structure in black. There is a flag-like sign at the top of the post on the right side of the fuel pump which is divided into two sections by a diagonal line with white and green sections and has a white base. The two gas hoses are red and silver with a yellow band around the handle and a silver nozzle. The side walls of the dispenser are silver. The upper section of the face of the fuel pump is white with a green trim at the very top and features the wording "NATURAL GAS FOR VEHICLES" in gray on the left. The middle section of the face of the fuel pump is black. The upper left hand corner of the middle section contains (a) a white rectangular sign with a green stripe running through the middle and a circular design element consisting of a blue swirl with a green oval inside and (b) a yellow circle with a blue dot in the center immediately below the right side of the rectangular sign. The upper right hand corner of the middle section contains a circular design element consisting of a blue swirl with a green oval inside. The center of the middle section features a transaction interface in silver and black and consists of a long rectangular shape with a stylized upper arch and a keypad in black and silver above an orange button on a black background. The face of the upper arch contains a circular design element consisting of a blue swirl with a green oval inside. The bottom section of the face of the fuel pump is white with green trim on the very bottom. A circular design element consisting of a blue swirl with a green oval inside appears below the transaction interface and above the wording "CLEAN ENERGY" in gray above the green trim.
