The mark consists of several concentric circles with the literal element "MUDVILLE BBQ ESTD 2015" and design elements inside it. "MUDVILLE BBQ" appears in a middle ring arching from left to right and featured in a stylized font size that is larger than the remaining portions of the literal element and across the bottom of the same middle ring appears the literal element "ESTD 2015". Centered in the mark are two white crossing lines creating four equal quadrants within the center of the mark. Inside each quadrant, moving clockwise from the top, are figures of the state of California, a cow, a chicken, and a pig. Flanking the portion of the literal element "MUDVILLE BBQ" there is a star on each side.
