The mark consists of trade dress for a vending machine consisting of a series of horizontal lines and streaks of varying widths in the colors green, yellow, brown, light blue, red-violet, purple, black, dark blue, orange, red, olive green, and red-brown and a literal element ""MI DULCE MEXICO" in the color yellow against a brown and red-brown backdrop and located in the lower left and center portions of the mark and a stylized donkey, having red-violet feet, orange legs, light blue upper front legs and lower chest, a yellow upper chest and torso, dark blue upper back legs, a purple saddle, a yellow tail, a light blue neck, a red face, yellow and black eyes, a black harness, green lower ears, and yellow upper ears, is located in the lower right portion of the mark between the gray rectangle and the gray square. The dotted lines in the drawing are merely representative of the shape of the exterior of the vending machine and locations of user-functions; the dotted lines comprise matter that is not claimed as part of the mark, and the lines are used to show placement of the elements of the mark.
