The mark consists of the stylized word "CERVEZA" in red, curved at the top. On either side of the word "CERVEZA" is a gold horizontal line. Beneath is the stylized word "MODELO" in blue with gray internal shading, a white outline and a gray shadow. Beneath is the stylized wording "OFFICIAL BEER OF THE BEAUTIFUL GAME" in blue. Below is a gold horizontal line. Extending above and below the wording is a stylized depiction of a shield in blue. Within the portion of the shield extending above the wording is the image of a soccer ball in the upper left corner, shown in white with blue outlining. Beneath the soccer ball are 10 white and blue vertical stripes. To the right of the soccer ball is a five-pointed star in white. Beneath the star is a stylized depiction of a lion on its hind legs outlined and shaded in blue. The lion is leaning against a letter "M" to its right. The letter "M" is white with blue outlining to create the appearance of depth. Above the top of the shield are two gold curved lines that match the scalloped top of the shield. The portion of the shield that extends below the wording is blue with 6 white vertical stripes. On either side of the lower portion of the shield are two gold five pointed stars. The color white in the background represents a transparent area and is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
