Description of Design Search

The mark consists of "LUA HALAU O KAIHEWALU" in white bolded capitalized Ariel text. "LUA HALAU O KAIHEWALU" is at the top in a rounded downward arc, and the wording "HAWAII" is written in white in Times New Roman text at the bottom in a rounded upward arc. In between and in the center of this text section is the Hawaiian Royal Court crest. The crest has folds and a rounded bottom, and is white in the middle, and has a textured look to it. There are red and yellow stripes at the top, that go down either side of the crest, and look like folds. There is a yellow crown at the top of the crest. On the face of the crest, in the middle, is a shield. The shield is divided into four segments that are outlined in black. The top left and the bottom right segments are made up of red, white and blues stripes. The bottom left and top right segment both have a white stick figure with a rounded edge at the top, and in the middle of these segments. The shield is outlined with a decorative yellow border that surrounds the shield, and extends below the shield. There is also a yellow crown on top of the shield. There is a blue banner under the shield that has writing on it stating "UA MAU KE EA O KA AINA IKA PONO". There is a blue decorative figure below the blue banner. There are two figures on either side of the shield. Both figures are wearing red, yellow and black robes, with white helmets on their heads. The figure on the left is holding a large white sword, while the figure on the right is holding a white stick with a square shaped top. The entire drawing and wording are on a black background.
