The mark consists of the term "LOOKOUT" in stylized lettering. The letters "L" and the third "O" are capitalized. The third letter "O" appears darker at top of the letter and gradually lightens towards the bottom of the letter. At the bottom of the negative space in the third letter "O," there is an image of a hill. On top of this hill and situated at the center of the negative space in the letter "O" is an upside down teardrop shape pin with a small, circular cut-out in the middle. The teardrop-shaped pin appears to cast a shadow on the hill, making the center portion of the hill appear darker.
