Description of Design Search

The mark consists of a design of the western hemisphere: North and South America in red. In the foreground, there is a traditional Native American peace pipe that is lit and cuts across the image from the lower left hand corner to the upper right hand corner. The pipe is dark brown on both ends and gradates to a lighter shade of brown in the middle. In the lower left hand corner, the pipe is lit with grey smoke coming out of the open portion. At a quarter of the pipe starting from the lower left corner there are black and white stripes. Hanging from the black and white stripes is a single feather also in black and white. Also, at the quarter end of the pipe are black specks above and beneath the pipe beside the feather. At three quarters of the pipe in the upper right corner there are the same white and black stripes with a single white and black feather hanging.
