Description of Design Search

The mark consists of a stylized design of a four tier cake in the shape of a castle with a dark pink outline, the cake having a light blue flag supported by a dark blue flag pole extending upwardly from a green circle positioned on top of a triangular stylized cupcake as a first tier layer having white frosting with a scalloped bottom edge and decorated with dark pink, green, light blue, dark blue, and yellow circular sprinkles, where the base of the cupcake is light pink with white dots, all of which sits atop a second tier layer of cake body having a dark pink trapezoidal shaped cake body decorated with white dots topped with white frosting having a scalloped bottom edge, which sits atop a third tier layer of cake body having a light pink slightly larger trapezoidal shaped cake body decorated with white dots topped with white frosting having a scalloped bottom edge, which sits atop a fourth tier layer of cake body having a dark pink slightly larger trapezoidal shaped cake body decorated with white dots topped with white frosting having a scalloped bottom edge and having two centralized concentric half circles with a dark pink outline around the inner half circle, and the outer concentric half circle having a scalloped border which is outlined by the dark pink cake body, all of which is outlined with a dark pink. The color white appearing in the background of the mark represents outlining and/or transparent areas and is not being claimed as a feature of the mark.
