The mark consists of a three-dimensional depiction of a two-step structure, each step including four parallel and equally spaced depressions along its length, with a bevel extending around the perimeter. The step surface of each step is textured to resemble wood. On the front, vertical riser of each step are eight parallel and equally spaced vertically extending depressions defining raised rectangular panels there between. On each side face panel of the lower step is a horizontally oriented rectangular depression defining and surrounding a raised rectangular panel with beveled edges. On each side face panel of the upper step is a vertically oriented rectangular depression defining and surrounding a raised rectangular panel with beveled edges. The outer perimeter line of the two-step structure and the outer perimeter line with the exception of the beveled surface extending between these perimeter lines, are not claimed as part of the mark and are shown with dotted lines.
