The mark consists of a three dimensional design comprising the distinctive trade dress for electronic devices and cases. The design consists of a series of increasingly larger oval shapes emanating from a central oval-shape wherein the oval shapes increase in size such that they eventually extend past the boundaries of the goods and become arcs. As depicted in the attached image, the trade dress is applied to an inner portion of a smartphone case.
