The mark consists of a representation of a Beaux Arts building with large steps leading to the center entrance of the building and two sculptures of lions flanking the steps. There are three large doors at the top of the steps, above which are six statues with a large triangular roof above. The building extends out on either side of the doors and central staircase to have seven large windows with the last one being separated from the previous by large columns and with a smaller triangular roof above.
